Since 2005 until the present day he has continued his work as a Phyical Education Teacher and is a Classic Athletics coach who hold a work license for professional trainers from the GGA.

1st place Balcan Champion  1500m (2003) in Indoor  Atletics and Greek champion from 1993 to 2004 in the 1500m.

He has participated in quite a few marathon events and in 2011 he finished the Spatathlon (246km) in 33 hours 15 mins ans 13 secs.
